Refund-Exchange Policy

  1. If you change your mind after making the payment or ordering a product directly or online, Axis Furniture and management are not required to provide a refund or replacement. Please choose very carefully while selecting the product by its size, colour and style. Please ensure that all customers should be responsible for all furniture dimensions and positions at your home.
  2. If you wish to exchange your unfulfilled order for a different item you can reorder. For example, you may wish to change the item colour, or select a different size before the order is delivered.
  3. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be considered only by the Axis furniture management based on the nature and stage of production process.
  4. If the customer need to return and opting for a refund they should contact our customer care either by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. It is the sole discretion of Axis furniture to take a decision and if considered a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) will be issued.
  5. All items should be returned with same condition at the time of supply, should not be assembled and unused with all the fixings, instruction manuals with its original undamaged packaging.
  6. Axis furniture will check the repackaged item before making any refund and allow us with a minimum of 10 working days for inspection and refund.
  7. Customers should pay $ 89 for the return freight (with in Perth city) to our warehouse and items returned within 24 hours will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the product cost. This will include the cost to collect, repackage and inspection of the item and ensure the quality for our future customers.
  8. Regional or other state returns will be considered as per actuals.
  9. Axis furniture will refund only via bank transfer or any other payment method used while purchasing the product and will not entertain any cash repayments.
  10. If there is part damage after the product is unpacked after 24 hours, Axis furniture will replace with an equal product immediately or sometimes can arrange the replacement of product from our manufacturer in our next consignment.
  11. Acquire an equivalent product or Service the product or pay the cost of replacing the product. The damaged product or materials should be returned to Axis furniture and becomes the property of Axis furniture.
  12. For every cancellation after 24 hours Axis Furniture has the right to levy a processing fee from 50% to 100% of the product price.
